Ferrero, White Chocolate & Oreo Cheesecake

 

This cheesecake is a chocolate lovers dream! An Oreo base, a white chocolate filling and a Ferrero Rocher topping – can you possibly get anymore indulgent? Easy to make and no baking required… Enjoy!

Ingredients

300g cream cheese

200g double cream

75g sugar

200g white chocolate

50g milk chocolate

16 Ferrero Rocher

Finely chopped hazelnut

2 packets Oreo biscuits

2 tbsp butter

Method

Put the Oreo biscuits into a food processor and whizz up until you have fine crumbs.

Melt your butter in the microwave for 40 seconds, pour in and give it another whizz.

Once blended, transfer into a springform cake tin and press down. Transfer to the refrigerator for an hour.

Whilst your base is cooling; begin chopping / crushing 4-6 Ferrero Rocher – make as much mess as you please here, the chocolate topping will cover any imperfections.

Put the cream cheese, sugar and double cream into a large bowl and whisk (use of an electric whisk is recommended).

Once ingredients are smoothly blended together, melt your white chocolate and combine into the mixture. Once combined, stir in your chopped Ferrero Rocher.

Pour the mixture onto the Oreo base and smooth over with a spoon.

Begin decorating with the remaining chocolates, using a sprinkle of chopped hazelnuts to fill in the gaps. Very slightly, and very gently push the decoration down into the cheesecake mixture.

Transfer back to the fridge and allow to set for 2 hours.

Once set, drizzle your melted milk chocolate over the top. Again, be as messy or as neat as you’d like here – it’s all about having fun.

Allow the chocolate to set and tuck in!
