What I got for Christmas 2016

Victorias Secret Bag

Some people love these posts, some people hate them. I personally love them, and really enjoy indulging in what everyone was lucky enough to be gifted over the festive period. I have some amazing people in my life that were so generous this Christmas. I can’t believe how lucky I am. I won’t list who got me each present, but these came from people such as my boyfriend, mum, sister, my grandma, uncles, friends and my boyfriends family too. How brilliant is it that I have so many lovely people I get to share Christmas with?

Victorias Secret Ivory Exploded Fairisle Cozy Hooded Robe – So in short, a dressing gown! Would it even be Christmas without a dressing gown?! This one is so soft and – as the name states – cozy. A winter must have for me, I adore it.

Charbonnel et Walker Chocolates – Again, would it be Christmas without chocolates? These are my all time favourite chocolates and I got a huge selection of the ones I love the most in a box – they’re also nearly all gone by the way… oops!

The White Company Large Bear – How amazing is this?! This has to be my favourite gift this Christmas, it’s huge, so so so soft and perfect for snuggling up to on the colder evenings.

White Company Bear

Pug Sweet Pug Calendar – It’s no secret that I love pugs, so this calendar is perfect for me. It’s based on the Sophie Corrigan illustrations and I’m absolutely obsessed with it.

GAP Leather Gloves – These are perfect for the cold weather at the moment, and have an extended part to keep your arms nice and warm.

M&S Scented Candles – Because… Christmas… Scented Candles… A must.

Laura Mercier Sheer Mineral Illuminating Powder – This stuff is a miracle. I think I’ll do a full blog post on it, as I love it that much; but it’s basically a shimmery, radiant, illuminator that looks stunning dusted over the shoulders and décolleté.

Lush Snow Fairy Gift Box – Do I need to elaborate on this? Snow Fairy is the epitome Christmas and all girls love receiving a Lush gift under the tree.

Chanel no 5 L’Eau – This is a more modern and younger take on the timeless Chanel no 5 fragrance. It’s gorgeous, fresh, but still very classic. Bonus points for the beautiful bottle and dressing table potential too.

Chanel No5 L'Eau

Jo Malone Blackberry & Bay Bath Oil – I’m lucky enough to get a Jo Malone Bath Oil every Christmas, it’s become a bit of a tradition and the bottle lasts me most of the year.

Bettys Mug – Who doesn’t love Bettys tea rooms? This cute mug is perfect for all my hot chocolates, it’s beautiful.

Neom De Stress Mist – So I did actually ask for this one myself! I thought it would just be a lovely little treat to keep in my handbag for when required.

Charlotte Tilbury Legendary Lashes Mascara – This is my favourite mascara, and as well as getting the full sized mascara, I also got the Legendary Lashes Bauble which contains a smaller version of the mascara and eyeliner.

Zoeva Rose Golden Makeup Brushes – I’m a bit of a makeup brush addict and these ones are some of the best you can buy, they’re also rose gold (as the name would suggest) so are super pretty.

The White Company Pomegranate Diffuser – I fill our home with these diffusers and everyone always comments how lovely it smells. Pomegranate is my favourite and takes pride of place in the living room.

Minnie Mouse Socks – I’m a bit of a sock addict (sad I know), and I love Minnie Mouse – so these were perfect to add to my collection.

S Initial Mug – I’m not sure where this is from, but I think it’s just beautiful. It’s so lovely that I’m not going to actually use it for drinks; instead I want to use it on my dressing table for storing little bits in.

Extras – I also got other bits such as chocolate; I got a huge galaxy selection box… which didn’t quite make it to the picture – oh dear! I was also gifted with money from those relatives (mainly men) who said that it was better to give me money than attempt a present that I might not like – I love that! So I got myself some new Victorias Secret pyjamas in the sale, some sale bits from Neom, a grey Nike zip up hoodie that I’ve had my eye on for ages, and my boyfriend and I are treating ourselves to a spa break in the new year. Perfect!
