I’ve had a few requests for this post, so thought I would share my luxury collection with you. When purchasing these items, I try to be really careful with my choices and go for items that I feel are classic, timeless and will last the test of time in my wardrobe… and now I think I have some great picks that really fall into those categories.
I wanted this bag for so long, and was finally able to purchase it this year. It’s such a beautiful bag and was probably the purchase I felt the most excited about. It’s the mini size – so the perfect shoulder bag, but don’t let the name put you off. It’s so roomy and fits everything I need (which is a lot – I’m one of those take my whole house out with me people).
The ultimate classic black sunglasses. These are such a beautiful, on trend shape – work for any occasion… summer holidays or winter sun and are also very comfortable.
Not my usual style, I ummhed and ahhhed over this for quite some time. But it’s a beautiful, beautiful bag that’s perfect for Spring / Summer time and can be dressed up or down. I’m glad I bought it and I actually gasped when I unboxed it, because it looks even more stunning in real life.
The newest addition to my collection and one I haven’t properly had a chance to road test yet. How beautiful is it though?! I’ll do a full review on this one once I’ve used it for a while.
One of the ultimate investment bags, I’ve written about this piece in a lot more detail here; but it’s just such a classic piece that will probably last forever; and doesn’t seem set to be going out of style anytime soon. Another one that’s available in a multitude of different shades and sizes.
I have these in both black and nude patent. I went for the pigalle 85’s as they still look gorgeous and are a decent heel height, but won’t leave me crippled and unable to walk. If I’m spending money on these, I want to be able to get my wear out of them – not have to take them off after an hour because I can’t walk anymore.
These were such great purchases as they pretty much go with everything and can easily be dressed up or down. I have friends that own the Pigalle 120’s and even the most experienced heel wearers struggle in them – that’s not for me. When I purchased the black ones, I did deliberate between the 100’s or the 85’s, I sent a picture of me wearing both to three different people asking their opinion, and not one of them could tell a difference between the heel height when I had them on. I really adore these shoes as it means I can last all night in them and still have an enjoyable time.
The newest addition to my collection, and fast becoming a favourite. I purchased this as my old purse was too big for my new love of small bags. This is the perfect sized purse for me, it’s clever design means that it has space for your loose change, notes and six cards. I keep my essential cards in here, and the rest (i.e my 200000 pointless store cards) in a little Oliver Bonas card holder – both fit snugly in my bag.
Aka The. Dress. Of. Dreams. Honestly, it was love at first sight with this dress. It’s such a stunning design, the material looks and feels to be such a high standard; and it’s extremely on trend for Spring. This is a very special purchase for me, so I’ll be saving it (again) for my summer holiday. But what I will say about the dress is, it’s a very unique design and when you actually see and feel the dress in person, you can really tell a lot of work has gone into the creation; and it has been made with such beautiful, luxurious material. Oh I really am in love and feel so very very lucky to own this. How exciting to actually own something designed by Anna Sui!
