The Natasha Denona Glam Palette

We all love a makeup palette, but a Natasha Denona palette, I adore. Ever since the Tropic palette, I’ve had a little obsession with ND; but never has a palette stood out to me as much as this one did. It certainly lives up to its glam name, and is mainly full of shimmer shades, something Natasha Denona does very, very well. These are all ridiculously pigmented, and literally glide on like butter – I don’t actually think you can beat her shimmer eyeshadows, they are up there for me as one of the best.

There are also five matte transition, line, crease and smoke shades – which are needed to compliment the shimmers. If you’re just after the mattes, is it worth forking out that much money, well honestly, no. Whilst the matte shades perform well, there’s nothing stand out to me about them; and there are other matte palettes that perform just as well, for a lesser price. But like I say they are needed to work with the other shades in this palette, and do compliment them extremely well.

As per, my swatches are never the most professional – let’s not change the habit of a lifetime, eh. But I’ve grouped the shimmers and the mattes together – and taken the pictures in natural daylight, with the flash on – to pick up the gorgeous sparkle.

Would I reccoment this palette, and do I think it’s worth the money? 100% yes. There are similar on the market, but in terms of performance, I haven’t found anything that lives up to this standard. Pat McGrath shadows do, yes, but this palette was unique in terms of shades for me, out of the two. A purchase I’m definitely happy with.
