I’ve mentioned it on here a few times, but every year I have a huge Spring clean of both my makeup drawers and my wardrobe. Anything I’m no longer loving, or I just don’t wear goes. One womans junk is another womans treasure, and this year I made almost £700 (it’s amazing how much stuff us girls hoard); but this allowed me to add some really special key pieces to my lovely wardrobe collection.
It’s no secret that I’m a big Revolve fan, and a lot of my Spring / Summer picks come from there, since I discovered it last year. They just source the prettiest, most fashionable pieces and guaranteed every week they’ll have added something else I’m swooning over. What I love about the site most though, is that it’s so big, when you do buy something, hardly anyone else seems to have the same piece. I always try to be really unique with my own style and hate having the same items as everyone else, so Revolve is quite often my go to.
Zara and ASOS are killing it again this year, especially with the accessories range. These sandals (first picture) are an incredible dupe for the Saint Laurent sandals, but at a fraction of the price – they’re also 100% leather too… they’ve barely left my feet this summer, and we’re only really one month in. They’re just so on trend, and super comfortable too. A huge win with this purchase. Bag wise, I’m still loving my Chloe Marcie (click here for a full post on this), and I also picked up this gorgeous straw beach bag from ASOS. I haven’t actually used it out and about yet, as I’m saving it for the beach, but I’ve had lots of comments and compliments on it from friends who’ve been round and happened to see it. I’ve linked all the purchases, but ASOS picks tend to sell out quite quickly, so I’ll link a few similar styles too, just in case.
Another brand that have really caught my eye this summer, is Mango. They are bringing out so many gorgeous, light, summery trousers at the moment, which just seem to be right up my street… I’ve picked up three pairs already! Unfortunately all the pairs I purchased already sold out (Mango are hot this season) but again, I’ll link some similar styles, and ones I have my eye on.
