I think these pictures perfectly sum up how much I love being a girl. Just lots of pink, pretty makeup, far too many lip products and absolutely no intention of stopping anytime soon.
I love my dressing table when it looks all neat and organised, but I think I actually love it even more when it looks like this. Products everywhere, things I’ve been using left out, lip balms spilling out of my makeup bag and about five different blushes within reach at all times. Girl mess, basically.
Beauty products have always been one of those little things that make me happy. I love getting ready, trying something new, collecting pretty products and, clearly, anything that comes in pink packaging. Rhode has taken over a slightly ridiculous amount of my dressing table at this point, with a bit of YSL, Dior, Summer Fridays and Eadem thrown into the mix too.
There’s just something very nice about having all of these little things around me. Completely unnecessary? Probably. But look how pretty it all is.
Anyway, just a little appreciation post for makeup, pink things and the general mess that comes with being a girl. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
